Jessica Gazzola, MS, NCC
Jessica is a nationally certified counselor. She has experience working with college students and adults coping with relationship and adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma. She has worked closely with victims of domestic and sexual violence, as well as individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Jessica is EMDR (eye-movement desensitization reprocessing) trained, and she utilizes a combination of acceptance and commitment therapy and strength-based therapy. She is passionate about helping clients find strength and meaning, while developing healthy relationships. Jessica’s goal for her clients in therapy is to help them become proactive and empower them to move past obstacles or barriers that may be holding them back to become the best version of themselves.
Jessica is a former division I athlete who enjoys cooking, hot yoga, and being outdoors. She is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Counselor Education and Supervision at Duquesne University.
