Jessica is working towards her master’s level counseling degree as a professional intern. She is currently studying clinical mental health counseling at Duquesne University. Her focus is on helping clients find strength and meaning, while developing healthy relationships. Her previous experience has been working with individuals living with HIV/AIDS and victims of both domestic and sexual violence. She has worked with adults of all ages experiencing adjustment issues, attachment issues, depression, and anxiety. Jessica utilizes motivational interviewing, strength-based therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to create a safe and inviting environment to help her clients move past obstacles or barriers that may be holding them back.
Jessica is a former division I athlete who enjoys cooking, hot yoga, and being outdoors.
