Megan Lavely, MA, NCC
Megan is a Mental Health Counselor who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University in 2016. She has worked with a variety of populations, especially children, adolescents, and adults. She has spent time working in community agencies, inpatient, and outpatient settings over the past several years. Megan has specialized over time in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, self-esteem issues, and self-destructive behaviors, to name a few. She utilizes a combination of client-centered techniques, strength-based techniques, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and creative arts/techniques within therapy.
In her free time, Megan spends time volunteering with a therapeutic horseback riding stable, enjoys time with her family and animals in her life, and also enjoys arts/crafts.
