Rachel Rose-Sandow is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Over the past 7 years, she has worked in the community helping children and adults manage Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Autism, Schizophrenia, and Drug and Alcohol Disorders. Rachel uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Therapy, among other approaches. Rachel believes in providing person-centered treatment and helping people to reach their goals and to live their best lives by making positive changes.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys hiking, shopping, watching movies, and going to random community events including a PoGo Competition and Monster Pumpkin Festival.
