Sean Harding recently graduated with his master’s degree from Franciscan University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling concentrating in Trauma Care. The bulk of his work experience centers around individual and group therapy with those struggling with substance use disorders, though he has also worked in conventional and trauma counseling at the residential, inpatient, and outpatient levels of care. Sean uses a solutions focused approach evaluating individuals through cognitive and behavioral lenses and works together with them toward the solutions they desire, health, wellness, and peace. He synthesizes Cognitive, Behavioral, and Solutions Focused techniques all aimed at helping individuals achieve their goals and become the best-version-of-themselves.
Sean lives in Weirton, West Virginia with his wife Rebecca, his two daughters Joanna and Lucy, and their husky Ophelia.
