Waded is a Licensed Professional Counselor and received her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University in 2016. She is also a Clinical Psychologist in her home country of Ecuador. She has provided mental and behavioral services to children and their families as a Therapeutic Staff Support and Mobile Therapist with in-home services and in the community. She has worked in Community Mental Health and Private Practice treating PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Grief, Adjustment Disorders, etc.
She is a Bilingual Counselor, being fluent in English and Spanish and works with adults utilizing an eclectic approach. Amongst her modalities of use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Approach, Strength Based, Psycho Dynamic, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused approaches. She also integrates Sensory Motor, Mindfulness and Grounding techniques. Waded also implements Trauma Informed Focused and is currently in the process of completing her Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training. Waded’s priority is to provide a safe environment for her clients in order to allow a meaningful process to reach your goals.
